Well, we survived Hermine.
It rained all Tuesday and Tuesday night, causing crazy flash flooding and power outages. A few tornadoes touched down. The rain continued Wednesday morning. On the west side of the Metroplex, however, the sun came out around 2pm yesterday and, with the strong southerly winds, things quickly began to dry out.
All total, we got about seven inches of rain. Wow. Now, I'm guessing, all the grass will perk up and I'll have to mow again. Bleh!
